On Tuesday, July 21, 2026, a homegoing celebration for Mrs. Rachel Noel Gaines-Mbachu, will be held at Huber Memorial Church, 5700 Loch Raven Blvd, Baltimore MD 21239, where the family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with services to follow.
Immediately following services, the Interment will be held at King Memorial Park.
