Mrs. Brenda Joyce Phillips, age 79, of Owings Mills, transitioned Friday, October 18, 2019 in Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, MD. Mrs. Phillips was born June 28, 1940 in Windsor, North Carolina. Calling hours will be Thursday, October 31, 2019 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133). The Homegoing Celebration Service for Mrs. Phillips will be held on Friday, November 1, 2019, at New Psalmist Baptist Church, 6020 Marian Drive, Baltimore, MD (21215) where the family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with services to follow. The interment will take place at King Memorial Park immediately following services.
