My name is Thomas Lynch, but friends called me Boopy. To the family of Guy I send my deepest sympathy and condolences on his passing. Guy, Fletcher and I were really good high school friends, attending City College. We drove to school and back every day in his big old Buick....and had great times together as young men on most weekends. He was a great friend and we shared so many laughs together. Guy introduced me to my present wife of 14 years, Sandi, and she and I and Guy and Pam (his girlfriend at the time and my wife-to-be's friend) hung out together in those days. After high school, we went the separate ways that life took us and I rarely saw Guy after I left Morgan State. Sadly we lost contact so I haven't seen him or talked to him for probably 50 years. He would be surprised to know that Sandi and I got reacquainted with each other in 2001 and married in 2005. I had just talked to Fletcher, my lifelong best friend & our mutual friend a week before Guy's passing, saying that 'we should find Guy and catch up'.....we fully intended to but time got away from us and Guy was called home to the Father before we could make the reunion happen. Rest well my old friend. I remember so many good times together.
