Mrs. Linda Fuller-Williams, age 78, of Ellicott City, transitioned Tuesday, April 14, 2020 at Gilchrist Hospice Center in Towson, MD. Mrs. Fuller-Williams was born February 12, 1942 in North Carolina. She retired from the Health Care, Finance Administration as a Health Insurance Specialist Manager.
