I met Antoine ten years ago at the Baltimore Housing Authority. We were both new employees and became great friends. He always greeted you with a smile and would talk to you about anything. I will truely miss him but he's going to a better place. My prayers go out to his family. God will take good care of him.

While I didn’t know Antoine, personally, I feel like I know him through his Aunt Pat Saunders. Throughout his illness, Pat would call me and ask that I pray for him and his Mother, Bessie. To the family of Antoine Barco...
I met Antoine over 12 years ago at NACA. He always spoke so highly of his wife and children. I had the honor of seeing him again when I visited his office at the housing department...seeking assistance for a family member. It was an honor indeed. I was so happy to run into him again. He was still the dignified young man I met years ago....so intelligent and respectful. When I learned of his passing earlier today, it really touched me. I pray that God will give his family the strength they need to endure, as Antoine will live in your hearts forever...
