Obituary of Cuzelda Jane Baldwin

Mrs. Cuzelda Jane Baldwin was born on April 21, 1933 in Hallsboro, North Carolina to the late parents of Louise Jane (Boone) and James Allen Graham. Cuzelda was affectionately known as "Zep" by many and loved to dance, travel, and bake for her grandchildren. She attended public school in North Carolina until the age of fourteen. She later moved to New York city where she completed high school, graduating with honors from New York Vocational High School in June of 1951. After graduation, she attended Henryton State Hospital where she received her certification as a Licensed Practical Nurse in August of 1953. Once completing nursing school, she moved to Baltimore, Maryland where she was united in holy matrimony to the late James Rhodes Baldwin in May 1961. Their union was blessed with two children. For over 40 years, she worked as a nurse in several locations between New York and Maryland before her retirement. Her beautiful spirit will live forever on through the lives of her two daughters, Michelle Baldwin and Leslie Baldwin; her grandchildren, Alicia Williams, London Baldwin, Syrita Hunt, Kenya Homsley; great-grandchildren Cypher Baldwin and Stokely Williams; along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins,extended family, and friends.
