Mrs. Regina Yvette Chapell-Peele, age 62, of Owings Mills, transitioned Thursday, September 24, 2020. Mrs. Chapell-Peele was born March 21, 1958 in Baltimore, MD. She was a Clerk with the United States Postal Service. She was married to Mr. Melvin Peele. A public viewing will be held Thursday, October 8, 2020 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133). The Homegoing Celebration for Mrs. Chappell-Peele will be held Friday, October 9, 2020 in the Chapel of Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133), where the family will receive friends from 12 noon until 12:30 p.m. with services to follow. The interment will take place at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery in Owings Mills Friday, October 9, 2020 at 2:30 p.m.
