Donald took me back to Blue Waters when a fish sandwich was just that. Cherry Hill was one of my old stomping grounds. All down on Spellman road, Round road and the shopping center. Then we met again at Cloverland Dairy and we went back in time again. See up there my friend. Ralph Davis

There was so much love that John asked Donald to be his Best Man in 1977. When we renewed our vows at 25 years Donald stood there beside us. Brothers always! Family our prayers, blessings and love is with you.

Farewell to one of my dear friends going all the way back in the day! Sincere condolences to the family. Time has moved on since we grew up on Claflin Court in Cherry Hill, with the Cooks, the Lees', the Reddings, the West family, the Bedfords, the Gees', the Jones' and Johnsons! Those were the days when all our neighbors would congregate together and play street games of hide-n-seek, kick the can, hopscotch, roller skating down Spelman Road, hand-jive, dancing in the street, and forming our own little singing groups! I remember all the good times we all had back then. Thank GOD for the good life! So my dear friend Donald Wise, farewell until I see you're smiling face again in the Resurrection along with all our other relatives who have passed on and are waiting to greet us. You have done good works for many people, we thank you and bless you for it. Rest in peace-- Pippy

It is before sadness to hear of the passing of Donald Wise. Donald was a very good and caring neighbor who always spoke to all when he would get out of his truck each day. I remember the day Donald bought his white truck. I said to him is that you? He responded yes it is. I said that is really very nice Donald. He said yeah I hope so because I got these 500-something dollar payments to pay for the next 5 years but I decided I was just going to treat myself to something. I said everyone should do that. I'm glad for the time that he had a chance to enjoy this truck. Donald was a giver anytime he had any bulk food bread meat or anything he would always check with neighbors especially those with kids to see if they could use any of the things that he had. Donald will surely be missed by all of your neighbors as well as your family. To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. To you Dawn and the family I say to stand strong and continue to hold on to God's unchanging hands. remember Dawn, Sam and I are just across the street If you ever need us do not hesitate to come over and let us know what we can do for you We will always be here for you as your neighbors. Be Blessed be safe and wear your mask.

Donald will be missed. Although I've know Donald for many years, He continued to be an inspiration to everyone who came into his life. I was so proud of his accomplishments and throughout the years as I remember his service to St. Veronica Catholic Church. Donald provided, for years, Thanksgiving Dinners for families in need. I am praying that someone will step up and take the torch. Donald loved everyone and we love him too. Rest In Heaven my brother. Missing you already. Love, Peace and Prayers to the Family. GOD Bless.

Donald was such a wonderful, giving, loving and supportive soul. I will never forget the encouragement, support and willingness to help when I was administering the two non-profits. His dedication to the church, helping others and caring for those in need are tributes to the life he led. May he rest peacefully in Gods arms.
