Mr. Stepter, Sr. was a Machinist in the Aerospace/Defense Industry and served in the United States Army. The Homegoing Celebration for Mr. Stepter, Sr. will be held Wednesday, November 18, 2020 in the Chapel of Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133) where the family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with services to follow. The interment details are pending.
