The homegoing service for Mr. Diggs will be held on Friday, November 20th at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD at 1:30PM The interment will take place at Woodlawn Cemetery, Gwynn Oak immediately following services.
