Mr. Jerome C. Felix, age 53, of Randallstown, transitioned Thursday, November 26, 2020. Jerome was born on December 29, 1966 and was a long time resident of Baltimore. He was a dedicated employee in the Baltimore City Public School System for 24 years. Public viewing will be Friday, December 18, 2020 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Vaughn C.
