A viewing for Mr. Kelly will be held on Wednesday, January 13th where the family will receive friends from 4:30 pm until 7:00 pm at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD. On Thursday, January 14th, Services for Mr. Kelly will be held in the Randallstown Chapel where the family will receive friends from 2:00PM -2:30PM with services to follow. The interment will take place at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery.
