Obituary of Joyce V. Lipscomb

Mrs. Joyce V. Lipscomb, age 93, of Baltimore, transitioned Thursday, March 4, 2021. Mrs. Lipscomb was born September 11, 1927 in Elverton, West Virginia. She retired as a Systems Analyst with the U.S. Federal Government. The Homegoing Celebration for Mrs. Lipscomb will be Saturday, March 27, 2021 at the Pavilion at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 A Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133), where the family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. with services to follow. The interment will take place at Druid Ridge Cemetery in Pikesville Saturday, March 27, 2021 immediately following services. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given to the Baltimore Animal Rescue & Care Shelter (BARCS) at www.barcs.org in honor of Joyce Lipscomb.
