Ms. Jacqueline Elizabeth Carter, age 75, of Baltimore, transitioned Tuesday, April 6, 2021. Ms. Carter was born April 30, 1945 in Greenville, TN. The public viewing will be held Thursday, April 22, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133). The Homegoing Service for Ms. Carter will be held Friday, April 23, 2021 at Zion Deliverance Center, 5101 Reisterstown Road, Baltimore, MD (21215), where the family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with services to follow. The interment will take place at Moreland Park in Parkville on Friday, April 23, 2021 immediately following services.
