A Homegoing Celebration service for Mrs. Wallingford will be held on Thursday, April 29, 2021, at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD 21133 where the family will receive friends from 2:00pm until 2:30pm with services to follow. The interment will take place at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery, Owings Mills on Friday, April 30 at 11:30 am.
