Louise Rose Chapman, age 78, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, May 9, 2021. A lifelong resident of Baltimore, MD, Mrs. Chapman was born on December 6, 1942, to Rose and John Douglas. Mrs. Chapman had been employed as a traffic enforcement officer for the City of Baltimore, MD. A viewing will be held Sunday, May 16, 2021, at Vaughn Greene Funeral Services - East, 4905 York Road, Baltimore, MD 21212, from 1:00 - 4:00PM. The celebration of life will be held 10:30 AM, Monday, May 17, 2021, at Vaughn Greene Funeral Services Chapel. The wake will begin at 10:00 AM. The burial will follow services in the Baltimore City Cemetery.
