A viewing for Mr. Neal will be held on Wednesday, June 9th, where the family will receive friends from 4:00 - 7:00PM at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 5151 Baltimore National Pike. On Thursday, June 10th, A homegoing services for Mr. Neal, will be held at the Vaughn Greene West Chapel where the family will receive friends from 10:00AM-10:30AM with services to follow. The interment will take place at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery.
