My sincere condolences to the family of Deacon Lee. I will always remember how he made a way for my son to to his community hours needed at New Shiloh Baptist Church. It was truly a blessing.

To Christine and Family you truly have my deepest sympathy. Deacon Donald Lee was a great man of God and he will be trully missed by the New Shiloh Family. God be with you and the entire family.
I have fond memories of Deacon Donald E. Lee at New Shiloh Baptist Church when it was located at the corner of Fremont and Lanvale St. At that time he was a Trustee and welcomed me with open arms when I became the first female Trustee of New Shiloh.
Deacon Lee and I also shared a love for photography. He mentored me in black and white photo developing by giving me lessons in his darkroom. That encouraged me to create a darkroom at Arlington Elementary School and teach students that skill. I thank Deacon Lee for being a mentor and friend.
