A Homegoing celebration for Ms. Brooks-Jenkins will be held on Saturday, July 17, 2021, at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD, where the family will receive friends from 10:00am until 11:00am with services to follow. The interment will take place at Loudon Park, Baltimore on Saturday, immediately following services.
