I just found out today that Tree passed away in July.
I and my wife have known Tree 30 + years, we worked in NSOC together and crossed paths many times until I retired in 2012.
He was a great person, always cheerful and loved to talk about sports. My friend Bill Rivers has a son who was a foot ball player, Quarterback, in high school in the mid eighties, Tree would go out, on his free time, and coach my friends son, who later made a name for himself in college football.
Tree was one of those people that when you meet them, they leave a great, lasting, impression on your heart and soul!
He will be missed and the world is sadder place for those of us left behind!

When the Lord calls our loved ones home, he leaves a gift of memories in exchange. I remember when Tree and I met back in the early 1990s. It was just before we attended a class for work. He was such a cute character with a beautiful soul. From that time forward, he remained the same charismatic guy. Whenever our paths crossed he had a friendly greeting and time for a quick chat. Dearest Tree, I miss you already. I will remember you for your smile and the smile you put on the face of others. I'm so lucky to have known you. I am so very sorry to hear of my good friend's passing. WE worked together at the Dept of Defense for many
years during some very turbulent times. I will always remember the time when he and I along with several team
members drove to see the Phila Sixers take on the New York Knicks in Philadelphia after a day watch. He loved
Italian food so we stopped at one of the local restaurants that one of us knew and had a great time. He bought me
a nice meal and so I owe him one....which I will eventually pay back when we meet again.
Thank you for being a good friend Tree!!! Even though I didn't get to see you as often I will miss you.
