The Homegoing Celebration for Mr. Spencer will be held Friday, August 6, 2021, in the Chapel of Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD (21133), where the family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. with services to follow. The interment will take place at Woodlawn Cemetery on Friday, August 6, 2021 immediately following services.
