You all are certainly in my Prayers and Thoughts!!!!!! I have known Ray and Joan for a long time And, I have kept up-to-date with the many accomplishments of the four beautiful children .Ray was a wonderful guy with a nice dry sense of humor. He was so well respected in his profession in higher education and his achievements were outstanding!!!
Ray was always very kind to me and my family. I have very nice memories of Ray .He will be greatly missed. May Ray rest now and get his rewards. He leaves behind a very nice legacy and a well accomplished life.

Condolences go out to the family of President Bowen (which i knew him as), i am so sorry for your loss. It was an honor to know such a smart and kind human being. Always said good morning going up on the elevator to the 5th floor even if he didn't remember your name. Hearing about his passing bought back the memory of his retirement (from LaGuardia) party on the circle line in NY and the theme was "Sail away with Ray" we all had a good time and i will always remember that.
Praying the God will lift you up at this sad time and know that he is with him.
