A viewing for Ms. Bratcher will be held on Thursday, September 8th from 4:00 pm until 7:00pm at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD. On Thursday, September 9th, Services for Ms. Bratcher will be held at the Vaughn Greene Randallstown Chapel, where the family will receive friends from 10:00AM -10:30AM with services to follow. The interment will take place at Dulaney Valley Cemetery immediately following services.
