Mr. Blackwell was born December 15, 1929, in Baltimore, MD. A public viewing for Mr. Blackwell will be held Tuesday, September 7 from 4:30 pm until 7:00pm at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD. A homegoing celebration for Mr. Blackwell be held On Wednesday, September 8, 2021, at Woodlawn Park C.O.C., 7222 Ambassador Rd., Windsor Mill, MD, where the family will receive friends from 10:30am until 11:000am with services to follow. The interment will take place at Arbutus Memorial Park, Arbutus on Wednesday, immediately following services.
