Rosalind was introduced to the Springfield Baptist Church (DC) International Prayer Line by Sis. Linda Brown (church sister and friend). I didn't know Ros personally but she was always so encouraging and I know that if she was a friend of Linda's then she was a beautiful person and a beautiful soul. She will be missed. My prayers and condolence to the Black family <3

I met Rosalind maybe about 30 years ago through a mutual friend name Cheryl James. Then I found out she was a patient at the OB/GUN I work for. She was a joy to be around and she had a beautiful spirit. John 14:27 says Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

My dear friend, Ros, was very special to me. Our friendship spanned 45 years. Although she lived in Baltimore and I in DC, that barrier didn’t matter. We never missed a beat; whether we talked last week or 3 months ago, we were as close as blood sisters. She loved her family so much, so do I but most importantly, we both love the Lord. I miss my friend but I know “to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.” 2 Corinthians 5:8. Take your rest my friend, I know our Lord is pleased with your labor.

Jesus said I am the resurrection and the life, those who believe in Me, even though they die will live, and everyone who lives and believes in Me will never die (John 11:25, 26). Rosalind was one of a kind, she will truly be missed.

Aunt Rosalind you will be surely missed for your beautiful smile and that big heart you had. You showed so much love to your friends and family. We lost a precious gem and heaven gained an angel.
My deepest condolences to her sisters, nieces, nephews and cousins

Sorry for the lost of such a beautiful soul. I worked with Ros for I don't know how long. She was always nice and fun to be around. Pray the Lord will give you strength and continue to fill you with loving memories.
