A public viewing for Ms. Purnell will be held on Sunday, September 26 from 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD. A homegoing celebration for Ms. Purnell will be held on Monday, September 27, 2021 at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD where the family will receive friends from 10:00am until 10:30am with services to follow. The interment will take place at Woodlawn Cemetery, Gwynn Oak immediately following services.
