Roy Ross Holmes, age 81, of Owings Mills, transitioned Thursday, September 16, 2021, in Owings Mills. Mr. Holmes was born October 9, 1939, in Weir, Mississippi. A public viewing for Mr. Holmes will be held on Monday, September 27, 2021, from 12:00-3:00PM at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD.
