A viewing for Mr. Kemp will be held on Monday, September 27th where the family will receive friends from 4:30PM until 7:00PM at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD. On Tuesday, September 28th, A homegoing service for Mr. Kemp Services will be held at St. Alphonsus Rodriguez Catholic Church, 10800 Old Court Rd, Woodstock, MD where the family will receive friends from 10:30AM -11:00AM with services to follow. The interment will take place at St. Alphonsus Cemetery immediately following services.
