A homegoing service for Mr. Colbert will be held on Tuesday, October 12th at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD where the family will receive friends from 11:00AM-11:30AM with services to follow. The interment will take place at Woodlawn Cemetery immediately following services.
