A homegoing service for Mrs. Baylor will be held on Tuesday, October 19th at the Vaughn Greene Randallstown Chapel where the family will receive friends from 2:30PM-3:00PM with services to follow. The interment will take place at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery on Wednesday, October 20th at 10:45AM.
