Funeral rites will be conducted through the East location of Vaughn Greene Funeral Services (4905 York Rd. 21212). A public viewing will be held Wednesday, November 10, 2021, 4:00 - 7:00 PM. The funeral will take place Thursday, November 11, 2021 with wake 10:30 - 11:00 AM and funeral to follow at 11:00 AM. Mr. Smith will be interred at Greenmount Cemetery following the funeral ceremony.
