On Thursday, November 18, 2021, services for Ms. Harding, will be held at the Vaughn Greene WEST Chapel, 5151 Baltimore National Pike, where the family will receive friends from 10:00AM-10:30AM, with services to follow. The interment will take place at Woodlawn Cemetery , Gwynn Oak on Thursday, November 18 immediately following services.
