Homegoing services for Ms. Rumbra will be held, Wednesday, December 1, 2021, at St Charles Borromeo Church, 101 Church Ln, Pikesville, MD, where the family will receive friends from 10:30am until 11:00am with services to follow. The interment will take place at King Memorial Park, Wednesday, immediately following services.
