I offer my heartfelt condolences to Mr. Fowler's family. Mr. Fowler's presence on this earth will be missed. He was a kind, respectable, and honorable man with a gentle soul. While he gently walked this earth, he had a huge and unforgettable presence. For as long as I live, I will remember him. I will remember him listening to the Orioles' baseball game on the front porch, his laughter and his kindness. I pray that God comfort the heart of each greiving family member and that their hearts become lighter with each treasured memory. Know that heaven was missing an Angel, and he just returned home.
