Our deepest sympathy to Barry and family. Jackie was such a fun loving person who always had a smile on her face.. I got to know Jackie when she and my husband Russell worked together at The Enoch Pratt Free Library. We enjoyed many library conferences over the years when Dr. Carla Hayden(now Library of Congress) was director. Jackie enabled many citizens of Baltimore the opportunity to learn how reading books could transform their Ives and broaden their knowledge. Jackie will be missed but not forgotten. Rest in peace dear sweet Jackie. Grateful, Russell & Ernestine Jolivet MSU forever
