Obituary of Helen J. Singleton

Helen J. Singleton, age 89, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, January 4, 2022, in Union Memorial Hospital, Baltimore, MD. Mrs. Singleton was born on October 9, 1932, to Lillian and Anderson Futado. Prior to retirement, Mrs. Singleton was employed as a claims representative for the Social Security Administration. She will be missed by her family. A viewing will be held Tuesday, January 18, 2022, at Vaughn Greene Funeral Services - East, 4905 York Road, Baltimore, MD 21212, from 3:30 - 7:00 PM. A celebration of her life will be held 10:30 AM, Wednesday, January 19, 2022, at St. Francis Xavier Roman Catholic Church, 1501 E. Oliver Street, Baltimore, MD 21213. The wake will begin at 10:00 AM. The burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery, Baltimore, MD.
