Mrs. Olivia Cosby Russell, age 94, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, January 12, 2022. Mrs. Russell was born on January 11, 1928, to Mary and Jospeh Cosby in Virginia. Before retirement, she had been employed by Baltimore City. She will be missed by her family. A viewing will be held Sunday, January 24, 2022, at Vaughn Greene Funeral Services - East, 4905 York Road, Baltimore, MD. 21212, from 1:00 to 4:00 PM. The celebration of life will take place 10:30 AM, Monday, January 24, 2022, at Zion Baptist Church, 1700 N. Caroline Street, Baltimore, MD 21213. The wake will begin at 10:00 AM. The burial will follow the services in Baltimore National Cemetery, Baltimore, MD.
