My thoughts and prayers and sincere condolences and deepest sympathy to all of Toby's family and friends. He was a good man and I remember all the times he and my mom shared. May he RIP. God bless

As next door neighbors we shared good times & bad times as ONE family. Leaving the porch light on after dark, signified "trouble" within the household....our unspoken code. God shines a light in our hearts today that's inextinguishable.
