A viewing for Mr. Flanigan will be held on Thursday, June 9th from 4:00pm until 7:00pm at Vaughn Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD. A homegoing service will be held on Friday, June 10th at the Vaughn Greene Chapel at Randallstown where the family will receive friends from 10:30am until 11:00am with services to follow. The interment service will take place at King Memorial Park immediately following services.
