On Tuesday, June 14th, 2022, services for Mr. Hayes will be held at Hunting Ridge Presbyterian Church, 4640 Edmondson Ave., Baltimore, MD 21229, where family will receive friends from 11:00 – 11:30 AM with services to follow. The internment will be at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery, 11501 Garrison Forest Road, Owings Mills, MD 21117.
