It breaks my heart to write this, because Bro. Frank was so much, to so many. He was like a father to many in our church. He was always happy, smiling, encouraging, laughing with people. I will miss seeing him, and having him in my life. Sending my heartfelt condolences to sister Elaine, and the entire Williams family. May God keep you in peace, and comfort during this difficult time. Much love,
