Obituary of Frances Eletta Welch Powell

Frances Eletta Welch Powell, age 77, went home to be will the Lord on Saturday, October 22, 2022. Mrs. Powell was born on May 19, 1945, to Blannie and Norman Welch in Norfolk, VA. Mrs. Powell had received her masters degree, and she was employed as an educator for the Baltimore County Public School System. Mrs. Powell will be missed by her family and friends. A viewing will be held Friday, November 11, 2022, at Vaughn Greene Funeral Services - East, 4905 York Road, Baltimore, MD 21212, from 3:30 - 6:30 pm. The celebration of life will be held 11:00 am, Saturday, November 12, 2022, at Fountain Baptist Church, 1215 E. Monument Street, Baltimore, MD 21202 where the family will received friends from 10:30 -11:00AM with services to follow. The burial will be held in Oak Grove Promiseland Missionary Cemetery, Littleton, NC.
