On Saturday, November 12, 2022, services for Mr. Thomas will be held at Charity Church, 1710 Gwynn Oak Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21207, where the family will receive friends from 10:00 – 10:30AM with services to follow. The interment will take place at Garrison Forest Veteran Cemetery, 11501 Garrison Forest Road, Owings Mills, MD 21117, immediately following services.
