Obituary of Theodore Roosevelt Bland

Mr. Theodore Roosevelt Bland, age 82, transitioned from labor to reward on November 21, 2022. He leaves to cherish his memory: a loving wife, Mrs. Jessie A. Bland, and two devoted daughters, Nicole and Yvette. On Friday, December 2, 2022, a homegoing celebration for Mr. Theodore Roosevelt Bland will be held at the Vaughn Greene Chapel at Randallstown, 8728 Liberty Road, where the family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. with services to follow. The interment services will take place at the Garrison Forest Veteran's Cemetery where Mr. Bland will receive military honors for his service in the United States Army.
