Charles C. McGowan, Sr., age 75, transitioned Saturday, November 26, 2022. Mr. McGowan was born January 19, 1947, in Lumberton, MS. A viewing will be held on Tuesday, December 20th where the family will receive friends from 4:00 pm until 7:00pm at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD. Services will be held on Wednesday, December 21st at the Vaughn Greene Randallstown Chapel, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD where the family will receive friends from 10:00AM -10:30AM with services to follow. A repast will be held in the Pavilion at Vaughn Greene immediately following services. The interment will take place at Cheltenham Veterans Cemetery on Friday December 23rd at 11:15AM.
