He leaves to cherish his memory: a beloved brother, Roosevelt Simpkins, Jr. and a host of friends and loved ones. On Saturday, January 28, 2023, a homegoing celebration for Mr. Jerome L. Simpkins will be held at the Vaughn Greene Chapel at Randallstown, 8728 Liberty Road, where the family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. with services to follow.
