Obituary of Royal Thurman, Jr.

Royal Thurman, Jr., age 77, the beloved husband of Joan Thurman, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, January 23, 2023. Mr. Thurman was born on March 29, 1945, to Isabell and Royal Thurman in South Carolina. Before retirement, Mr. Thurman had been employed as a bus driver for Maryland Transportation Authority. he will be missed by his family and friends. The celebration of his life will be Friday, February 3, 2023, at Mt. Pleasant Church and Ministries, 6000 Radecke Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21206. The wake will begin at 10:00 am until the time of the services.
