Mr. Richard Oliver Thomas, age 82, transitioned from labor to reward on February 14, 2023. He leaves to cherish his memory: a beloved wife, Mrs. Joyce A. Thomas. A viewing will be held on Tuesday, March 7, 2023 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Vaughn Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD 21133. On Wednesday, March 8, 2023, a homegoing service for Mr. Richard O. Thomas will be held at the Vaughn Greene Chapel at Randallstown, 8728 Liberty Road, where the family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m until 11:00 a.m. with services to follow. The interment service will take place at Woodlawn Cemetery immediately following the homegoing service.
