On Saturday April 29, 2023, a homegoing celebration for Mr. Robert Lee Brown Jr., will be held at the Vaughn Greene Randallstown Chapel, 8728 Liberty Road, where the family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. with services to follow.
