On Tuesday, November 21, 2023, services for Mrs. Stokes will be held at 1st Mt. Calvary Baptist Church, 1142 W. Fulton Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21217, where the family will receive friends from 10:00 – 10:30AM with services to follow. The interment will take place at Garrison Forest Veteran Cemetery, 11501 Garrison Forest Road, Owings Mills, MD 21117, immediately following services.
